Blair R. Williams

Blair Williams started the Calcutta Tiljallah Relief (CTR), in 1998 as a US based charity to help the Anglo-Indian community. The Anglo-Indian Association of Canada sends its deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to his wife Mary, son Julian, daughter Sevilay, as well as his family and friends. You will be profoundly missed. Rest in eternal peace, dear Blair.
